We first discovered Constellation Collective as one of our regular stops at the Farmer’s Market in 2015. Shortly after that, they opened a store front around the corner from us, and became our weekend morning routine - iced coffee, frittatas, and morning bars were a must. Since then, we’ve watched Constellation turn into one of Collingswood’s staples. From building a business to raising babies, these women work HARD and it shows. I love when I see people, both in Collingswood and out, recommending this shop as their favorite bakery or brunch spot.
